Nature. Be in it. is led by Kara Spence ; teacher, mindfulness guide & former Park Ranger. Kara will lead you on a gentle nature walk to bring you out of the mundane and into the moment. Your experience culminates with beautiful food prepared by local Tasmanian chef off site.

On the Dusk Tour, as the sun sets and the dusk bird song begins, settle down to a candle lit dinner of mouth-watering Tasmanian temptations. As stars stud the night sky, head out on a guided spotlighting walk to meet some delightful and exotic creatures in the wild - an experience you'll find nowhere else on earth!

Roasted Lauderdale jerusalem artichoke salad with shallot and East Coast walnut salsa verde and Pigeon Hole sourdough bread.
